Seeking detail-oriented Junior and Senior Quantity Surveyors to manage full financial aspects of construction projects for a Singapore-based main contractor.

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and project budgets.
• Run tender processes, from documents to bid evaluation.
• Track project costs, variations, and site measurements for interim payments and final accounts.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and consultants on all cost-related matters.
• Assist contract administration, including claims and contract reviews.
