Job Description
Required for site supervision of mechanical & electrical installations at healthcare development.
- Possess a Diploma issued by a local polytechnic or Trade Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from the ITE or BCA and preferably registered with IES (Institution of Engineers Singapore) as a Resident Technical Officer.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in building services in the supervision of mechanical & electrical installations (including Fire Fighting and Alarm Installations) for local institutional/healthcare development.
- Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for mechanical & electrical installations (or services) related to building projects.
- Hands‑on knowledge of installation work, able to identify poor installation practices, and bad workmanship.
- Know how pre‑commissioning and commissioning tests are being carried out and interpret test results.
