Salary: £70,000-£95,000 + Benefits + Bonus.
The Opportunity
A leading building services contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to take commercial responsibility for major mechanical and electrical projects across Manchester. This role suits someone who combines technical expertise with strong commercial instincts and enjoys working on complex, high‑value schemes.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Management – Lead cost planning, forecasting, and financial control across multiple M&E packages.
Contract Administration – Manage NEC/JCT contracts, variations, change control, and claims.
Procurement & Subcontract Management – Oversee procurement, negotiate subcontract packages, and manage supply chain performance.
