The Middle East Training Leader is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the technical training strategy across the Middle East region. This role ensures the successful deployment of all training plans through direct delivery and close collaboration with Field Engineers, Supervisors, and Branch teams. The ultimate objective is to elevate the technical capabilities, knowledge, and performance of all field employees, contributing to long‑term operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
