Job Description
A truck mechanic / diesel technician inspects, diagnoses, repairs and maintains heavy duty trucks and commercial vehicles
Typical duties:
Perform PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service) oil changes, Filters, fluid check, tire rotations and brake inspections etc.
Inspect engine and identify mechanical issues drive train (transmission /driveshaft axles/differential)
Inspect and repair braking systems, suspension, and steering component
Skills Required:
Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel and gasoline engine
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical system
Basic knowledge of hydraulic system
Physically fit and able to work in a garage or field environment
Good communication with drivers and operations team
Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of diesel engines and (drive train experience with Isuzu trucks)
