**Job Summary and Qualifications**
Responsible for the daily maintenance repairs of facility(s), preventive maintenance of all life and non-life safety equipment, operations and repairs of the power plant, and grounds. Have thorough working and trouble shooting ability for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building automation system.
+ Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC equipment, exhaust systems, building automation systems on the hospital campus.
+ Plan, coordinate, and provide hands on skills for minor alterations and construction not requiring city or state permits.
