We are seeking a skilled and dependable mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining light, medium, heavy-duty trucks and trailers to ensure they operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, basic hand tools, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on light/medium/heavy duty trucks, semi-trucks, and trailers.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts, including but not limited to brakes, suspension, steering, tires, lighting, basic engine components, and trailer repairs.
- Conduct DOT annual inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
