You'll work on industrial components, mining equipment, HVAC systems, and more, using 3D modelling, FEA, and hands-on project management. Ideal candidates have experience in fabrication, container modification, or heavy industry design
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Technical Drawing (EGD)
- Tertiary qualification - bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (B.Eng Mech)
- 2-5 Years Experience in the Design and Manufacturing industry
- Experience with SolidWorks
- Solid understanding of mechanical design principles and the costs associated with manufacture
- Understanding of welding, welding procedures, NDT and applicable welding specifications
- Proven Track Record of Previous Projects
