Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Reading
Term: Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £70,000, dependent on experience
My client manufactures bespoke engineering solutions for food Industry. They are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team in Reading on a permanent basis.
Qualifications
- Degree / HNC / HND / BTEC / NVQ qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 3 or more years of industry experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and experience with Engineering consultancy, construction validation, commissioning and design
- Strong knowledge and proficiency with CAD software such as Revit or similar
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Experience working with multiple materials
- Good theoretical mechanical engineering knowledge of core principles and tight tolerances
