- Drive the design of next-generation semiconductor automation equipment and modules, transforming ideas into functional designs and prototypes.
- Create detailed fabrication, assembly, and layout drawings using 3D CAD tools, such as CREO, SolidWorks, or other acceptable software.
- Perform structural, kinematic, and dynamic analyses, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations and tolerance stack-ups, to ensure design robustness.
- Work with software, electronics, and vision engineering teams to integrate mechanical designs into complete system solutions.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and concurrent engineering principles to ensure efficient and robust designs.
