Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems, mechanisms, equipment modules, fixtures, jigs, tooling, and related components.
Create detailed
3D CAD models , assemblies, and
2D manufacturing drawings
using
SolidWorks .
Develop mechanical solutions from concept design through prototype build, testing, troubleshooting, and release.
Perform tolerance analysis, fit checks, clearance checks, interference checks, and basic engineering calculations.
Select suitable materials, fasteners, bearings, actuators, guides, purchased parts, and fabrication methods.
Work closely with electrical, software, production, assembly, and vendor teams to ensure proper system integration.
Support prototype builds, machine assembly, testing, debugging, and design verification activities.
Analyze and improve existing designs for performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost efficiency, and ease of assembly.
