S4 is looking for an experienced Mechanical Designer to work on designs for special purpose machinery. Responsibilities Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas and related data to assess factors affecting designs. Develop concepts and detailed 3 D models for mechanical machinery or mechanisms in the CAD environment. Manage your workload in order to achieve deadlines. (Possible overtime when needed.) Consider best practice and where required, perform required calculations. Conform to S4’s ISO process, including storing of calculations and management of data in locations as appropriate in order to comply. Develop detailed manufacturing drawings including general assemblies, bill of materials, and consider appropriate tolerances or special comments.
