Job OverviewWe are seeking a Mechanical Designer with strong technical expertise, leadership potential, and customer-focused skills to support the Engine Cooling Fan (ECF) product line within the PS-TS portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in design, validation, and global collaboration, with a clear path toward transitioning into a Lead Engineer role.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development: Experience in NX (Unigraphics) for cooling fan design, shroud integration, and system packaging; apply DFMEA, DVP&R, and design validation methodologies.Thermal & Aerodynamic Analysis: Apply knowledge of heat transfer, airflow optimization, CFD, and FEA to ensure performance, durability, and NVH reduction.Material & Manufacturing Expertise: Select appropriate materials and support manufacturing processes including injection molding, die casting, and assembly.Testing & Validation: Conduct vibration analysis, endurance testing, and ensure compliance wit...
