Job Overview
The Mechanical Draftsman is responsible for the preparation and design of AutoCAD shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings for MEP projects at Palace Group. This role ensures that all drawings comply with consultant and authority requirements while supporting project teams in executing high-quality construction works.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Drafting
- Develop and prepare MEP-related shop drawings as per consultant and authority specifications.
- Create detailed coordination drawings integrating HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical systems.
- Assist the Project manager and project team by preparing accurate and detailed project-related drawings.
- Process and review subcontractor shop drawings to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Prepare as-built drawings following regulatory and authority requirements.
