Job Description

Draughtsman - Eastrand - (Rneg) Non smoker

We are looking for a skilled Draughtsman with strong SolidWorks experience to join our engineering and fabrication team. You will be responsible for accurate drawings, 3D modelling, and supporting production with clear, high?quality documentation.

  • Produce precise CAD part and assembly drawings (*.dxf, *.pdf).
  • Create and modify 3D models in SolidWorks.
  • Update BOMs and maintain drawing data packs.
  • Perform drawing checks, inspections, and sign?offs.
  • Prepare documentation and liaise with customers/suppliers.
  • Assist with workshop/manufacturing issues.
  • Conduct site measurements when required.

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • NQF 4 with Maths & Technical Drawing.
  • Strong knowledge of steel materials and fabrication.
