This role directly supervises Build Leads and hourly manufacturing employees while driving accountability, productivity, quality, safety, and schedule execution across assigned departments. This position is highly floor-focused and requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage employee performance, enforce policies and expectations, resolve operational issues quickly, and maintain control of daily manufacturing operations.
