Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and review mechanical system designs
- HVAC, plumbing, fire protection in line with project requirements and international standards
- Perform engineering calculations and validate design assumptions to ensure system efficiency and compliance
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals from contractors and consultants
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, electrical) to ensure proper system integration
- Provide technical input during design stages, value engineering and design optimization
- Support project teams during construction by addressing RFIs and resolving technical issues
- Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project scope and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, codes and international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA etc.)
