Core Responsibilities- Ensure the right level of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is applied in reorder moulds within LEGO Moulding Technology.
- Secure the right technical solutions within established engineering standards.
- Drive mould solutions towards internal platforms.
- Promote continuous improvement and simplicity thinking across Mould Development.
- Develop and share technical knowledge in mould development processes and best practices.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture by emphasizing teamwork, LEAN principles, and productivity.
