Responsibilities
- Promote the implementation of Systems and/or Mechanical Engineering across the Marshall Engineering function.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the standards and specifications appropriate to the discipline of Systems and/or Mechanical Engineering.
- Apply pragmatic and best‑practice Systems and/or Mechanical Engineering techniques to support projects and business development activities.
- Assist continuous improvement of the Marshall Business Management System (BMS) procedures.
- Work effectively across the matrix and deliver bottom‑line performance collaboratively.
- Challenge the status quo, bring new ideas to reduce project/product cost, and improve engineering quality, productivity and timeliness of delivery.
