He or she will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

- 07:00am to 19:00pm
- 19:00pm to 07:00am
- Contract type - Temp to perm
- Immediate start

- Planned and reactive maintenance
- HVAC Systems
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors <...
