We're looking for a hands on Mechanical Engineer to join a busy, well-established engineering team working on essential mechanical equipment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, learning on the job, and building their experience in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The Role
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of mechanical equipment
- Support breakdowns and fault finding to keep operations running smoothly
- Assist with mechanical repairs, strip-downs, and rebuilds
- Work on systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, drives, and braking systems
- Complete inspections and identify potential issues before they escalate
- Work closely with other engineers and departments on site
