Job Description
- Review and study project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (bill of quantity), RFI (Request for Information), and correspondence to ensure all project details are considered.
- Coordinate with other trades (architectural, MEP, structural, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform technical calculations related to HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Conduct calculations, including load and energy analysis, and achieve necessary approvals.
- Perform site visits to assess the progress and quality of mechanical works.
- Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Prepare as-built drawings for project records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field, preferably in technical office roles.
