Mechanical Estimator - Growing M&E Contractor £55,000-£70,000 (Depending on Experience) Central London Open to a Temp to perm / Contract option outside of IR35 We're working with a young and ambitious M&E contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join their expanding team. The company is part of a well-established construction group, providing strong financial backing and a clear path for growth. Specialising in commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across London , they're entering an exciting phase of expansion and are looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey. Role Overview: Prepare detailed mechanical estimates for commercial fit out projects. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Support the pre-construction team with value engineering and cost planning.
