Mechanical Fitter
Jackson Hogg is supporting a global manufacturer in their search for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a busy industrial site in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical maintenance background who enjoys variety, responsibility and being hands on with plant and site infrastructure.
You will play a key part in keeping plant and machinery running safely and efficiently while supporting site management and external contractors.
What you will be doing
* Carrying out routine and planned maintenance on all plant and machinery
* Monitoring and scheduling maintenance in line with manufacturer recommendations
* Acting as the first point of contact for site repairs and maintenance activities
* Liaising with operations and site management regarding equipment condition and production issues
