Job Description
PURPOSE
The Fleet Instructor is responsible for providing some of the training, Instruction, coaching, mentoring and competence assessment of offshore and onshore personnel in a specific discipline: Cargo, Electrical, Process, Instrumentation, Safety, Mechanical, Rigging & Lifting, Mooring Master and MOME. The Fleet Instructor has the authority support the nationalization on board and the offshore crew development. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Gain knowledge, understanding and Compliance of Management System 1.1) Fulfil responsibilities as described in GEMS and make familiar with the documents relevant to your discipline and to HSSE 2) Perform the competencies assessment and support the CAS deployment on board 2.1) Develop and present high quality and effective theoretical and practical training and / or coaching & mentoring events for all level of staff as required by current and future business needs. 2.2) Deliver high quality competence assessments on fleet FPSO units or where requ...
