Job Description
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in incoming/receiving inspection in aerospace or precision manufacturing Strong hands-on experience with CMM programming and usage. Experience with FARO Arm (portable CMM) a plus Proficiency or familiarity with metrology software (e.g., CAM2, PolyWorks) to generate inspection reports Direct experience inspecting complex machined parts and ensuring compliance with AS9102 and AS9100 (FAI - first article inspection) Expertise interpreting complex engineering drawings including GD&T (ASME Y14.5), familiarity with flatness, circularity, cylindricity, parallelism, perpendicularity Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) process and creating nonconformances Experience using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges) High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred
