We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team providing building services maintenance at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth. This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 

The role:

  • Will report to the Operations Manager

  • To supervise the mechanical/electrical/building trade staff and specialist contractors

  • Ensure the immediate and proper allocation of work, and the completion of such work in accordance with the performance monitoring system and to client satisfaction.

  • Use of the Maximo CAFM system.
