About the role
SCINERGY Recruitment are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader to join the leadership team at Rye House Power Station, a modern CCGT power station based in Hertfordshire. This key site‑based leadership role is responsible for leading the Mechanical Maintenance Team and supporting the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the facility. The successful candidate will play a central role in delivering the site's mechanical maintenance strategy, supporting outages, managing contractors, developing the team and driving long‑term maintenance improvements across the plant.
