SCINERGY Recruitment are recruiting for a Mechanical Team Leader to join the maintenance department of an energy from waste power station near the Gloucester area.
This is a senior role focused on the performance, reliability and maintenance of all mechanical plant across the facility. The successful candidate will act as the site's mechanical technical expert, leading a skilled maintenance team and ensuring plant equipment is maintained safely, efficiently and in line with statutory and environmental requirements.
The role will involve:
Leading and managing a team of mechanical maintenance technicians
Taking ownership of mechanical plant performance, reliability and availability
