Our leading manufacturing client are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance team within a continuous process manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance activities on mechanical equipment and mobile plant, ensuring machinery operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe working conditions and maintain high safety standards across all maintenance operations.
- Strictly adhere to all Permit to Work systems and associated safety procedures, including Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, Lifting, Slinging, and Rigging requirements.
- Take responsibility for personal safety and support coworkers in complying with company policies, procedures, and operational instructions.
