Job Description
Responsible for client billing and commercial activities, including preparation, verification, and submission of running account (RA) billsEnsure accurate measurement, documentation, and certification of executed work in coordination with site and client representativesTrack billing milestones, follow up for approvals, and ensure timely invoicing and payment realizationMaintain billing records, reconcile quantities, and support claim management and variation ordersAdditionally support project planning and controls on a limited basisAssist in schedule updates, progress tracking, and preparation of basic MIS reports and S-curvesCoordinate with planning team for data inputs related to progress, resources, and execution statusInterface with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth commercial and planning coordination across the project lifecycle
