We are seeking a Project Cost Engineer with experience in automotive suspension systems to support cost estimation, analysis, and optimization across the product development lifecycle. This role focuses on understanding cost drivers, manufacturing processes, and supplier capabilities to ensure accurate and competitive cost models aligned with program targets.

Develop and maintain cost models for suspension components such as control arms, knuckles, subframes, stabilizer bars, springs, and dampers.
Analyze manufacturing processes including forging, casting (iron/aluminum), machining, welding, and surface treatments.
Perform should-cost analysis and detailed cost breakdowns (material, labor, overhead, tooling).
