Job Description
We are currently partnering with a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor to find a Mechanical Project Manager to join their major projects division in Central London. This is a business known for engineering excellence, a collaborative culture, and an incredibly strong pipeline of work across the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
The Opportunity:
- Lead and deliver mechanical packages on flagship schemes valued up to £40M .
- Central London (excellent transport links and modern site offices).
- You will own the mechanical delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. You will manage specialist sub-contractors, drive the commercial and technical performance of the project, and maintain exceptional client relationships.
