Job Description
A reputable and expanding building services contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex HVAC and mechanical projects across London. This role offers genuine autonomy, exposure to technically challenging work, and the chance to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured projects.
Reporting into senior management, you will take full ownership of multiple HVAC‑led projects, managing the process from early engagement through to final handover. Schemes typically include a mix of commercial, mechanical and HVAC work.
Key responsibilities
- End‑to‑end project delivery, from site surveys and coordination through to commissioning and completion
- Ownership of project performance, including programme, cost control, quality, and commercial outcomes
