Job Summary
As a Quantity Surveyor specialising in Mechanical measured term contracts, you will take a leading role in the commercial delivery of maintenance contracts. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cost management, procurement, valuations, and contractual compliance across multiple projects.
