Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee mechanical works on a large scale commercial construction project. This role is critical in ensuring that all mechanical installations are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all mechanical services on site, including HVAC, plumbing, and pipework systems
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and drawings
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards
