Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all mechanical site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide site operations.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit site reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or similar role in mechanical services or construction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
