Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications
- Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for underground mining infrastructure projects.
- Produce general arrangements, detailed drawings, assemblies, sections, and Bills of Materials.
- Design shaft steelwork, headgear structures, winder systems, support structures, transfer chutes, and related mechanical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate design solutions.
- Participate in design reviews and resolve technical design issues.
- Maintain drawing registers and document control processes.
Qualifications
- National Diploma or NQF Level 4 qualification in Mechanical or Structural Draughting or Engineering Design
