Our client, a well-established mining services contractor, is seeking multiple experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support upcoming works at a gold processing operation in the Goldfields region.
About the position:
You will supervise mechanical trades across maintenance and project scopes within an active fixed plant environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising mechanical crews onsite
- Coordinating daily work plans and shutdown activities
- Ensuring safe execution of maintenance and project scopes
- Liaising with operations, planning and engineering teams
- Monitoring productivity, quality and schedule adherence
