Mechanical Supervisor – Temporary Contract (Up to 12 Months)
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor in Shepherd's Bush to join our busy team on a temporary contract for up to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day mechanical installation works on site
- Manage mechanical operatives, subcontractors, and labour teams
- Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to required standards
- Monitor progress against programme deadlines and report updates
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications
- Liaise with site management, engineers, and other trades to maintain workflow
- Ensure materials, tools, and plant are available when required
- Enforce health & safety procedures and site regulations
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally
