Job Summary
Join as a Mechanical Supervisor to lead mechanical maintenance at an Energy Infrastructure site, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient asset operations in collaboration with Operations and Project teams. Responsibilities Develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans and schedules aligned with site standards and regulatory requirements Oversee troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, and replacement of mechanical equipment such as compressors, cryogenic pumps, storage tanks, and pressure vessels Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure safe and effective completion of maintenance work Analyze equipment performance data to recommend reliability and lifespan improvements Prepare and maintain Preventive Maintenance checklists, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments Monitor maintenance KPIs and provide coaching and guidance to technicians to improve performance Plan and allocate manpower resources for maintenance activities efficiently Suppor...
