Job Description
Mechanical Supervisor will execute and supervise all preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance through the Artisans and related employees, monthly/annual outages and overhauling work activities on plant mechanical equipment, safely, efficiently and effectively.

Maintenance Execution & Planning
- Assigns and executes corrective maintenance jobs as directed by the Maintenance Manager
- Coordinates and supervises maintenance activities through CMMS (SAP)
- Supports execution of corrective and planned maintenance in line with the annual maintenance schedule
- Reviews work orders, verifies site requirements (safety, materials, manpower, services), and ensures optimal resource utilization
- Coordinates with the Maintenance Planner to prioritize, schedule, and assign daily jobs
