Job Description
Requirements:
- DMR or MQA Blasting Certificate
- Recognized Shift Supervisor certificate
- 3+ years’ experience in a trackless underground mining environment
- Good track record of safety and production in a TMM environment
KPAs:
- Safe achievement of production targets in line with quality standards and targets
- The planning and controlling of the crew
- Supervising and inspecting completed work
- Complying with the health and safety policy and practices of the company
