Job Description
**Overview**
As a **Steampunk** **Medallia Administrator & Developer** , you will serve as the primary technical resource responsible for the administration, configuration, enhancement, and support of the Medallia platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and customer experience strategists to implement feedback programs, develop reporting solutions, maintain integrations, and ensure the platform delivers reliable and actionable customer experience data.
