Job Description
Social Media Data Collection & Reporting
- Extract and compile comprehensive performance data from Facebook (including organic content, specific posts, and Ads Manager ).
- Analyze Facebook Insights to track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Monitor follower growth trends and demographic data to assess brand reach and community expansion.
Data Management & Administration
- Input collected data and daily metrics into internal tracking systems, specifically utilizing Lark forms to ensure accurate and centralized record-keeping.
- Maintain up-to-date reports on campaign performance to support data-driven decision-making.
Inquiry Tracking & Lead Monitoring
