1 Collect and analyse market data. Identify target audiences and understand their behaviour and habits.
2 Development of performance and data-driven strategies for current clients, as well as pitches.
3 Creating cross-channel media plans, covering SEM, paid social, programmatic, affiliates.
4 Allocate budgets and monitor costs.
5 Developing a robust measurement and analysis approach across the agency with a focus on ROI, attribution and cross-channel conversion analysis.
6 Adopting a test-and-learn approach to campaign optimisation across all accounts.,
