Job Description
The Medical Affairs Lead oversees managing all aspects of the planning, development, and execution of resources and strategies that support and drive the client’s Medical Affairs business. They will serve as the liaison between the Syneos Health functions they oversee and the client. The Medical Affairs Lead will work across the Syneos Health organization in tandem with other functional areas and business units by collaborating both internally and with the client to deliver integrated Medical Affairs solutions. The Medical Affairs Lead will collaborate on strategy, inform, and evolve launch plans, and lead people. This role requires strong leadership, an enterprise mindset, client focus, and the ability to influence win‑win outcomes.
