Job Description
Responsible for rooming patients. Preforms 15 lead EKG, O2 sat, 4 extremity blood pressures, U/A, heart rate, height and weight. Take medical history and document medications.
Principal Accountabilities:
+ Takes vital signs, such as but not limited to pulse rate, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts
+ Prepares rooms for examination of patients and asks patients questions regarding chief complaint. .
+ Cleans room and equipment after each patient.
+ Manages the medical inventory and orders medical supplies and materials.
+ Operates electrocardiograph (EKG), and other equipment to administer routine diagnostic tests.
+ Keys data into the computer system to maintain office and patient records.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned
