Job Description
All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position.
Must have MA-C (MA-R not accepted for this position)
First time travelers accepted
2 Yr EXP
Insurance knowledge required
Must be open to floating to other campuses
Prefer experienced MA to help with rooming, Imaging scheduling and auths, MyChart, calls to patients/family members, calls to pharmacies.
Patient Age Group: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Work Setting Experience:
- Pulmonary Function Test Lab (PREFERRED)
- Adult Critical Care, ED, PICU, Peds (REQUIRED)
Airway Management Devices/Suctioning
- Extubation, Intubation Assist, Nasal airway placement, Nasal airway suctioning, Oral airway placement, Oropharyngeal/suctioning, Sputum specimen collection, Tracheostomy/suctioning
Medication Administration:
- Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Flovent, Inhaled Flol...
