**Medical Assistant Paid Training Program**
The Medical Assistant (MA) training program (Medical Assistant-Registered to Medical Assistant-Certified) is structured to include the following components:
• **Clinical Practice** : The MA is required to complete 720 hours of clinical practice under the supervision of an MA Preceptor.
• **Coursework** : There are 180 hours of coursework in partnership with Stepful that must be completed virtually on your own time. This coursework is unpaid.
• **Internal Skills Labs** : The MA must participate in internal skills labs, which are essential for hands-on practice and skill development.
• **Additional MA Training Activities** : Participation in all other required MA training activities is mandatory.
